- Does the quoted charge include the gratuity?
The quote provided to you is the total charge that includes tolls and gratuities.
There are no any other extra charges or hidden fees.
- How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve us online by clicking the reservation link or by calling
our 24hr service number 215-485-7265
- How do I pay for the ride?
You can pay the driver directly with cash, travelers check,
credit card on the day of travel, you may also prepay by calling our
reservation line with your credit or debit card.
- Once I submit a reservation will I get a confirmation?
Your reservation request will be reviewed then confirmed, and you will receive the confirmation notice via email, phone, or fax.
- What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation?
If a client fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, he or she will be charged the full rate. To avoid being charged you must call or email your cancellation in the event your plans or flight have been changed.
- Can we make additional pickups or drop-offs?
Yes, we will make one extra stop for a charge of $20.
The extra stop must be pre-scheduled with a dispatcher and in the vicinity of the primary stop (as determined by The Designated Driver Limousine Service.)
If the second stop is not in the same community, it will be considered a separate trip and will be charged as such.
Our drivers are not able to set up additional pickups or set reservations. You must contact a dispatcher to do so.

No, all of our vehicles are non-smoking.
- How can I cancel and what is your cancellation policy?
To avoid charges you must cancel your reservation 4 hours priort to scheduled pickup
time. Reservations canceled between 2 and 4 hours prior to pickup time will be charged
$75 late fee. No shows and cancellations less than 2 hours prior to pickup up time
will be charged full price.
